Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat for inquiries related to smart home devices.
- Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of smart home products to enhance their understanding and usage.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records in our CRM system.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in smart home technology.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Greek is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, preferably with technology or smart home products.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
