Responsibilities
- Engage with Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries about electronic products and services.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues, warranty claims, and product returns.
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and care to enhance their experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to ensure proper follow-up and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and feedback from customers.
- Stay informed about product launches, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate support.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction and response times.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the electronics or technology sector.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude with a strong interest in electronics and gadgets.
- Proficiency with customer service software and CRM tools.
- A proactive and customer-centered approach to support.
