In this role, you will connect with our clientele across various platforms to provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with inquiries, facilitate bookings, and resolve any issues that may arise, all from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities
- Respond to Dutch-speaking customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with travel-related bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive information about destinations, activities, and travel logistics.
- Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Document all customer interactions in our systems for reference and follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with team members to share insights and improve the overall service quality.
- Stay updated on the latest travel industry trends and company offerings.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; any additional languages are a bonus.
- Experience in customer support, especially in tourism or hospitality, is an advantage.
- Outstanding communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in a remote working environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
