Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in Dutch through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to provide product information and support.
- Assist customers with orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, product offerings, and company policies to provide informed assistance.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience in the fashion retail space.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in retail or fashion, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively and empathetically.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service tools.
