Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding our FinTech products and resolve any issues they may face efficiently.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to the enhancement of our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product features and industry trends to offer informed and relevant support.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and compliance.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly within the technology or FinTech sector.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate technical information in a clear and accessible manner to customers.
- Experience in leveraging customer feedback to improve service delivery is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is a plus.
- A positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment are essential.
