The House of Mercier is excited to announce a new opportunity for German Speaking IT Representatives to join our remote team in Greece. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing top-tier technical support to our German-speaking clients, ensuring they receive outstanding assistance with our advanced IT solutions and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve a variety of hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and technical solutions in our support system.
- Guide clients on best practices to optimize their experience with our IT products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical challenges.
- Stay informed on product updates and technological advancements to enhance support delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training to continually improve your skills in technical support and customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Prior experience in IT support or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with help desk software and IT support tools is a plus.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a remote team.
- A passion for learning and adapting to new technologies is desired.
