In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and assistance with their inquiries. Your expertise in customer service and fluency in Italian will help us ensure a high-quality experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with inquiries regarding products, services, and account management.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, striving for the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Contribute to initiatives designed to enhance the overall customer experience and engagement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
