Responsibilities
- Actively communicate with Italian-speaking clients to assess their business needs and identify challenges.
- Deliver expert consultation on our digital solutions, ensuring they are customized to meet client objectives.
- Create and present engaging product demonstrations and tailored proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with remote teams to design and implement effective digital strategies.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients as their trusted advisor.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to help clients maximize the use of our digital products and services.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our service offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
- Proven experience in a consulting role or as a solutions consultant, particularly in digital environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating client needs into actionable solutions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients remotely.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team setting.
