The House of Mercier is excited to offer an opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative to work remotely in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them with any inquiries related to our products and services. Your language skills and customer-centric approach will be vital in ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our clients. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and service-related queries.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate and helpful assistance.
- Meet and exceed performance targets related to customer service efficiency and satisfaction.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and flexibility to adapt to varying schedules.
