The House of Mercier is excited to present an opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for an online marketplace, with the flexibility of working remotely in Greece. In this dynamic role, you will be the cornerstone of customer engagement, assisting users in navigating the online platform, resolving inquiries, and providing exceptional service. Your fluency in a Nordic language will empower you to connect authentically with clients, ensuring they enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to customers in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) through various communication channels including email, phone, and chat.
- Assist users with account management, order processing, and inquiries related to products listed on the online marketplace.
- Address customer complaints swiftly and effectively, aiming to resolve issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions, maintaining accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate complex issues and gather user feedback for continual improvement.
- Stay informed about marketplace trends and related product offerings to provide knowledgeable support.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and foster trust in the online marketplace.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support, especially within online marketplaces or e-commerce, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage inquiries efficiently.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being self-motivated.
- Adept at utilizing customer support tools and CRM systems.
- Team-oriented mindset, with a commitment to improving the customer journey.
