The House of Mercier is excited to announce an opening for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative specializing in gaming consoles, based in Greece. In this dynamic role, you will be an essential part of our team, providing expert assistance to customers who have inquiries related to gaming consoles and accessories. Your fluency in a Nordic language will enable you to connect personally with customers, ensuring they enjoy a seamless and engaging gaming experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries about gaming consoles and related products.
- Provide technical support, guiding users through troubleshooting issues and product functionalities.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to maintain quality records.
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest gaming trends, products, and technologies to provide informed support.
- Contribute to strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support, particularly in the gaming or technology sector, is preferable.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, with a passion for gaming.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and support requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with gaming consoles and accessories, as well as relevant customer support tools.
- Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently in a remote environment.
