In this exciting position, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support to our esteemed clientele, addressing inquiries related to our luxury products and services. Your fluency in Nordic languages will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive personalized and attentive service regardless of their location.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) through various platforms, including email, phone, and live chat, to assist with inquiries about our luxury offerings.
- Guide customers through order processes, address product questions, and resolve any issues they may encounter.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome and heightened customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document all relevant details for future reference.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to provide comprehensive service and address customer needs.
- Stay informed about product details, promotions, and industry trends to enhance the quality of customer support.
- Actively contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in a luxury retail or high-end service environment, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric focus and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, providing thoughtful and effective solutions to client problems.
- Knowledge or interest in luxury products and an understanding of the customer journey in high-end markets are advantageous.
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
