The House of Mercier is excited to offer a position for a Nordic Speaking Technical Support Representative for customers, available remotely within Greece. In this role, you will provide expert technical support to our Nordic-speaking clients, helping them resolve product-related issues and enhancing their overall experience with our services. Your fluency in a Nordic language will be vital in ensuring seamless communication and efficient problem-solving.


Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in Nordic languages via phone, email, and chat, addressing technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues with our products.
  • Guide users through product setup, configuration, and usage, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of issues and solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide feedback from customers and improve the support process.
  • Stay updated on product features, updates, and industry trends to provide comprehensive support.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge bases and support materials to enhance customer self-service options.
Requirements
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering compassionate and insightful customer support.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
