Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to identify their needs and provide customized solutions for their online webshops.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategies to improve online sales and customer interaction.
- Conduct interactive product demonstrations to highlight webshop features and benefits.
- Offer continuous support and mentorship through the setup and launch phases of online shops.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends in e-commerce and provide clients with the latest insights and tools.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns that enhance webshop visibility.
- Maintain detailed logs of client interactions and follow up to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English is required; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or consultancy preferred.
- Strong grasp of online retail trends and best practices for customer engagement.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building client relationships.
- Ability to assess data and performance metrics to inform consulting activities.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools is a plus.
