Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to Norwegian-speaking users via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Assist customers with account management, subscription inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues related to video streaming.
- Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring follow-up on unresolved issues and maintaining comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate more complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Stay updated on the latest products, features, and services of the streaming platform to provide informed support.
- Achieve performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and cultivate customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Technical proficiency and a keen interest in video streaming technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
