In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and issues through our online ticketing system. Your contribution will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience!
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer support tickets in a timely manner.
- Provide clear and helpful information to customers regarding their questions and concerns.
- Document interactions accurately, ensuring information is logged for future reference.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support.

Requirements
