Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Remote Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts. This contract, commission-based role is ideal for professionals who value work-life balance and are looking for a flexible opportunity to earn extra income.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline in industries such as engineering, manufacturing, and professional services.Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.Collaborate with HR Works to align recruitment strategies with client needs.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven recruitment experience, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or professional services.Knowledge of the Puerto Rican job market and the ability to connect with local talent.Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently.
