About you
\n- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, product development environment.
- Building from scratch, processes for a pipeline of fast ML products developments and testing.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen etc.)
- Experience with fine-tuning models.
- Experience with deployment and maintaining models in production.
- Deep experience with LLM quality evaluation.
- Strong knowledge Python, data analysis, and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- A data-driven approach. Ability to justify decisions using concrete metrics
- Math background.
- Understanding the Agent-based LLM frameworks.
