\n- Provides testing for customization and support requests from partners
- Works with developers and QA Engineers to improve test processes
- Establishes necessary communication with business development, design, and technical teams
- Contributes to the effectiveness and efficiency of the team
- Carries out manual testing processes of products/services
- Reports and visualizes test results
- Prepares the necessary documentation and test scripts
- Ensures that technical integrations are properly managed
- have excellent communication skills,
- are dying to find problems and solve them,
- have a keen eye for detail and can summarize the error stages properly,
- have general knowledge of web technologies,
- know Python, Java, and Javascript,
- have experience in testing and know testing processes,
- have an adequate level of English to comprehend and analyze technical documents and attend meetings,
- preferably have used Jira or other task management tools before,
- preferably have knowledge of Selenium.
