What does it mean to be a Talent Delivery Specialist?
We operate in 35 countries across multiple sectors and have a rapidly growing client base in Germany. To support this expansion, we are seeking a German-speaking Talent Sourcer who will have the opportunity to work across various industries with a creative approach. You will work at pace and precision to support the embedded teams to deliver within agreed hiring SLAs for their clients. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Instant Impact's desire to deliver to the best candidates, quickly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- You can secure an effective role brief, create a bespoke sourcing strategy, and post job advertisements across various platforms.
- Utilize technology platforms and crucial talent insights to source the best talent and engage potential candidates through a multi-channel approach and head-hunting.
- Qualify candidates thoroughly against role specifications to assess fit, maximising engagement by effectively selling the client and role.
- Assess candidate commitment, handle objections and concerns, and present a shortlist of qualified and relevant candidates to the embedded team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in trackers and ATS (Applicant Tracking System), while planning and prioritizing roles to meet and exceed deadlines and SLA agreements.
- Provide a world-class experience to candidates and stakeholders, and proactively offer updates and market/talent intelligence to the embedded team and the wider business.
What do we need from you?
- You possess the ability to communicate and write in German at a highly professional / fluent level.
- You are a strong sourcing specialist with a track record of creative candidate attraction strategies.
- You are tech-savvy and skilled at using sourcing platforms like Sourcebreaker, PeopleGPT, or LinkedIn
- You will be able to support various clients across multiple sectors and roles
- You have the desire to explore talent intelligence tools like Horsefly, Lightcast, LinkedIn Insights or other platforms.
- You are an enthusiastic learner who is adept at developing new skills quickly particularly picking up new industries and role types
