Camille and Jared Beckstrand are seeking an Online Business Manager to develop company KPIs and implement marketing projects to grow their audience and their business and add subscriptions to their app. You are the ideal candidate for this role if you are an organized, flexible, a driven self-starter who comes with a kind, positive attitude and loves managing projects, metrics, and people.

The Mommy Tummy Fix is an at-home postpartum health and fitness rehab program created for moms by a postpartum physical therapist and mental health coach. With a focus on complete health, Mommy Tummy Fix believes in physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social wellness. They provide resources in their Mommy Tummy Fix app to help moms get unstuck in all areas of their lives so that they can become who they have divine potential to be.

One of their biggest company goals is also to create a safe and non-judgemental work space where women support each other–both the women they work with and the women they serve.

You are perfect for this role if you have experience working with a CEO to develop marketing and ad strategies that grow an online business, creating and tracking KPIs, and managing an app. You’re exceptionally good at brainstorming ideas and developing systems to streamline processes and ensure that work gets done.

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)

Assist with Tracking and Growing App Subscriptions

  • Develop strategies for increasing app subscriptions, focusing on both acquisition and retention.
  • Work closely with the CEO to create campaigns that target new users while nurturing existing ones.
  • Monitor subscription churn rates and customer feedback to inform future app features or adjustments.

Take Over Management of the Company’s App

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the app developers, customer service team, and app users to streamline communication and ensure seamless functionality.
  • Oversee updates, bug fixes, and enhancements in collaboration with the app development team, ensuring user feedback is incorporated into future versions.
  • Ensure customer service team members have the resources and tools they need to support app users, addressing any escalated user issues.
  • Monitor app analytics to identify trends, user behavior, and areas for improvement to drive increased user satisfaction and engagement.

Implement Marketing and Ad Strategies

  • Project manage comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies that focus on promoting the app and company programs across various platforms (social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
  • Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and ad spend, optimizing for customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).

Oversee Social Media Marketing

  • Supervise the social media team, providing direction on brand messaging, content creation, and engagement strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics for social media platforms and collaborate with the social media team to tweak strategies for better reach, engagement, and conversions.

Track Company KPIs

  • Monitor overall business performance metrics, ensuring key growth and revenue goals are consistently met.
  • Use data-driven insights to report on the performance of marketing campaigns, app engagement, and overall business health.
  • Proactively identify gaps or weaknesses in performance and implement corrective measures.

Oversee Current Team and Ensure Their Success

  • Manage team performance, ensuring each member understands their responsibilities and has the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Identify any bottlenecks or roadblocks in team productivity and work collaboratively to resolve them.
  • Act as the key communicator between the CEO and other team members, ensuring information flows smoothly and priorities are aligned across the organization.

Set Up Systems to Ensure Efficient Workflow

  • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement new tools, software, or processes to ensure a seamless operational flow.
  • Document and streamline company processes to improve team collaboration, communication, and productivity.

Regularly Communicate and Brainstorm with the CEO on Growth Strategies

  • Engage in regular brainstorming sessions with the CEO to come up with innovative growth strategies for the business.
  • Collaborate on creating long-term roadmaps that align with company goals and industry trends, ensuring the business stays competitive.

Offer Details

This is a part-time, fractional, contractor position for 15-20 hours a week.

Pay is $55-65/hour with potential for performance bonuses based on hitting company growth goals.

About Mommy Tummy Fix

The Mommy Tummy Fix is an at-home postpartum rehab program for moms after they have a baby. The company was co-created in 2019 by Camille and Jared Beckstrand, who have been married for over twenty years and love working together. Camille and Jared also love to read, exercise, and travel with their four kids (ages 7 to 17).

Camille and Jared run four businesses between the two of them, including two YouTube channels with a combined three million subscribers.

Jared is a doctor of physical therapy who brings his physical therapy knowledge and experience to the Mommy Tummy Fix. Camille is a certified mental health coach with a degree in elementary education who has also worked in the recipe development space for the past thirteen years and published ten cookbooks with her recipe company. Additionally, Camille has served on the board of directors for two different companies and loves helping women-owned small businesses.

With Mommy Tummy Fix, Camille and Jared have helped over 10,000 women (so far) heal their diastasis recti, and are on a mission to help moms get unstuck in all areas of their lives so that they can become who they have divine potential to be.
