Job Overview:
Invitro Capital is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting remote opportunity, where you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, establishing and nurturing relationships by delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a vital role in the growth and success of our portfolio companies, ensuring their products and services reach the right customers at the right time.
Working Hours are from Monday's to Friday's, Pacific Time Zone.
Inside Sales Specialist, Responsibilities:
- Proactively source new sales opportunities through inbound leads.
- Engage directly with potential customers to deeply understand their needs and requirements.
- Effectively close sales throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, follow up on leads, and nurture relationships.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of products and services, providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential customers, tracking interactions and sales progress.
- Foster strong rapport with customers, establishing trust and credibility.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and coordinate efforts to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Adhere to the company's approved sales process, ensuring consistency and professionalism in all interactions.
- Manage and fulfill existing accounts while actively seeking opportunities to acquire new clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role, ideally within the B2B tech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a drive for excellence.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software for lead tracking and sales pipeline management.
- Familiarity with the tech startup ecosystem and venture capital industry.
