Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry events, and other online resources.
- Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and providing relevant information about Invitro Capital’s value proposition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and key metrics to sales management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
