This role is instrumental in driving business growth by educating industry professionals, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring our solutions are specified in commercial projects. The position requires travel to engage with clients, conduct presentations, and participate in industry events.
Requirements
- Industry Engagement: Meet with contractors, architects, and engineers to educate them on our solutions.
- Specification Development: Establish strong relationships with specifiers and project managers to secure product specifications in commercial projects.
- Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance and support tailored to clients' technical needs.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Training & Workshops: Lead educational sessions, webinars, and training programs on product applications and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge in commercial construction, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proven experience in building relationships and securing specifications in commercial projects.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
