Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee and execute strategy and campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate will be creative, strategic, and results-driven, with a strong understanding of current marketing trends and techniques. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and ultimately, enhance revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify marketing opportunities, create, and implement campaigns, and analyze campaign performance to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, website content, social media, and traditional advertising
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets, messaging, and customer segmentation
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing strategies
- Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure successful campaign execution
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Benefits
Compensation Range:
- $43/hr-$76/hr
- This pay range is Client-specific for the opening advertised. The identity of the Client will be disclosed if you are selected to move forward in the hiring process.
