As a client-focused and fast-paced service provider, we promptly respond to client queries within minutes and deliver our services within hours. Our clients rely on us in situations where time is limited, and expert insights can make or break their endeavours.

Client Service Associate role- Founding Team member

As part of the founding team, your initial primary responsibility will be to focus on generating revenue and delivering exceptional client service. Acting as the link between our clients and industry specialists, you will begin by receiving comprehensive on-the-job training on expert sourcing, negotiation, cold calling, high-level market research, and client service management. Your duties will involve managing client requests that come your way and converting subject matter experts to be part of our network to support our clients with their on-demand requests. You will need to be available on the phone and via email for a significant part of your workday.

You will be tasked with identifying the most suitable industry experts to meet our client's specific needs, and once identified, you will facilitate connections between the experts and the clients. You will coordinate these connections through a variety of formats, including interviews, face-to-face meetings, surveys, and others.

As a member of the founding team, you will have opportunities for rapid career advancement within our startup. Amongst the above, your responsibilities could grow to include interviewing potential candidates, assisting with internal documentation, composing blog posts, maintaining client relationships, laying the groundwork for our company culture, attending industry events, and implementing your ideas to help drive our rapid growth.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct high-level market research and analysis to understand the industry being studied and client requirements more precisely
  • Expert Sourcing: Associates are often responsible for identifying and sourcing experts in various industries and fields. This involves using research tools, databases, and online resources to find relevant experts who can provide insights to clients.
  • Initial Outreach: Associates are responsible for initiating contact with potential experts via cold calls, emails, or messages. You will be in charge of introducing Infoquest's service, explaining the purpose of an expert network, and gauging their interest in participating.
  • Qualification: Associates assess the expertise and qualifications of potential experts to ensure they meet the specific requirements of client projects through screening calls. This includes evaluating their industry knowledge and experience.
  • Client Support: Associates often work closely with Client Relationship Managers to understand client project requirements and connect them with suitable experts. They facilitate the scheduling of consultations and ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Compliance and Data Security: Associates play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Infoquest's policies and industry regulations. They must handle sensitive client and expert information with discretion and adhere to data security protocols.
  • KPI Achievement: Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to expert sourcing to meet monthly targets.

Requirements for the Role

  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Fluency in English is necessary, as excellent articulation and writing skills are a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Nice to have

  • Relevant internships or other evidence of interest in business and a commercial career are beneficial.
