Job Description
Summary:
Achieve Test Prep is looking for an Operations Manager for the sales department that will lead a variety of projects, initiatives, research and analytics related to optimizing processes. This role does not require experience as a sales professional, ideally suited applicants will have strong experience in project management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Operations Manager must be capable of handling a wide range of tasks pertaining to the organization’s sales department. Primarily, ensuring that the various processes and teams are operating optimally. The below list of responsibilities are not exhaustive
Developing and implementing processes
Researching and analyzing data
Identifying opportunities by analyzing data and trends
Creating and managing automation tools to increase process efficiency
Developing accurate, real-time reporting methods related to team performance
Comparing individual performances within a team
Assist the VP of Sales to develop accurate team goals with clear metrics
Optimizing existing processes and policies
Desired Skills & Experience:
Strong leadership skills to evaluate ongoing team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary
Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with teams, collaborating departments and upper management
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
Project management skills
Technology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasks
Familiarity and / or experience with Salesforce
Research and reporting skills to analyze data and trends

Schedule: Flexible schedule with availability to overlap during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST business day.
