As a People Analytics Advisor, your main role is to utilize data-driven insights to guide strategic human resources decisions. You will play a vital part in optimizing workforce performance, employee engagement, monitoring workloads, adoption, and operational excellence through advanced analytics techniques.
Key Responsibilities and Outputs
- Create and enhance data modeling and visualization platforms, transforming raw data into actionable insights to streamline processes, increase quality, monitor OKRs and SLA, and deliver insightful reporting analytics.
- Ensure quality and compliance controls are properly documented and executed by the People Services Analysts and Process Specialists.
- Performs regular process audits to maintain quality control inside established parameters.
- Monitors the People Services OKRs and identifies trends that can help the People Services team anticipate and take actions to promote operational excellence.
- Develop efficient processes to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Supports the effective implementation and rollout of projects and corporate HR initiatives across the organization.
- Evaluate people-related trends to conduct benchmarking and research supporting HR strategic initiatives.
- Develop data-driven, compelling business cases to support and prioritize HR initiatives.
- Develop reports for auditing, compliance, and maintenance of dashboards for key metrics (e.g., headcount, recruitment, onboarding diversity, hiring, turnover, talent planning, WFA, performance, employee experience, compliance, offboarding, engagement, etc.) periodically and on demand.
- Develop compelling, logically structured presentations (including story-telling of research/analytics findings) to be shared with the People Leadership team.
- Participates in key projects and initiatives as required.
- Provide all the necessary data and control information to comply with all the Internal / External audits.
- Complete any third-party requests for analytics (government reporting/surveys and forms).
- Provide ad hoc support/reports.
- Active participation in key people projects with multiple external customers.

Essential
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics and HR information systems required
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Information Systems, and related fields required
- Able to develop & apply reporting tools and ad-hoc queries
- High analytical and problem-solving skills to drive root cause analysis and mitigation actions as required
- High level of English Proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations and coordinating work teams
- Excellent Written and spoken communication skills and interpersonal skills
Desirable
- Master's degree in Business Analytics
- Experience in MS Office and Google Docs & spreadsheets
- Knowledge of the HR Operation processes such as WFA, Merit Increases, Benefits, Audits (SOX, PACs, etc.)
- Functional Testing experience for enhancements, change requests, and general improvements
