Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of our client's digital sales channels, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Develop and implement tailored strategies to increase sales performance through digital platforms, including websites, e-commerce platforms, social media, and other relevant channels.
  • Analyze customer journey and user experience to identify pain points and recommend enhancements to drive conversions and sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to execute digital sales optimization initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics and metrics to track sales performance, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital sales optimization, e-commerce, and customer behavior to drive innovation and maximize results.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to clients, helping them align their digital sales efforts with their overall business goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations, ensuring that sales optimization initiatives are delivering desired outcomes.

 

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in digital marketing, sales optimization, or a related role.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, e-commerce platforms, and sales funnels.
