Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Next.js Developer with full-stack capabilities to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality web applications using the Next.js framework. You will have the opportunity to work on both front-end and back-end development tasks, contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of modern and innovative web applications.
- Develop and maintain web applications using the Next.js framework.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for both front-end and back-end functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of the applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development.
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently on assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Experience in back-end development using Node.js or other server-side technologies.
- Proficiency in Next.js and its core features such as server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
- Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB or MySQL.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer, with a focus on Next.js applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with deployment and hosting platforms compatible with Next.js, such as Vercel.
- Understanding of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Tokens (JWT).
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, such as Babel and Webpack.
- Experience with TypeScript and its integration with Next.js.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for Next.js applications.
- Experience with internationalization and localization within Next.js applications.
- Familiarity with the React ecosystem, including libraries such as Redux or Context API for state management.
