The Content Marketing Manager role requires a highly-driven, creative and strategic individual to work collaboratively within the content team to achieve an ambitious B2B content marketing strategy.
This is very much a hands-on, fast-paced role and the ideal candidate will be empowered to make a significant contribution to lead and demand generation. With a customer and Experience-First mindset, they’ll develop and execute compelling and effective marketing content that drives engagement and pipeline generation at all stages of the sales funnel.

Skills/knowledge:
- Support in the creation and development of a strong content marketing strategy that supports new business, up-sell, cross-sell and retention campaigns across multiple owned and paid channels.
- Produce content that adapts to all audiences across a number of materials including sales decks, video scripts, web pages, emails, social, infographics, advertising, whitepapers, podcast scripts, blogs and newsletters. As a team, you’ll confidently select the most effective channel for each type of collateral and campaign.
- Work within the team to develop an effective multi-channel thought leadership content programme that drives top of the funnel demand generation.
- Collaborate with other marketing functions such as Digital and Marketing Operations to optimise and boost performance of SEO, paid search, social media and website traffic.
- Contribute to KPIs and continually test, measure and report on performance. Evolve actions based on data.
- Work within the team to plan a calendar of content requirements by channel. Work to SLAs to manage workload and provide optimum service to stakeholders.
- Act as the conduit between content and Product Marketing to ensure optimum product information is supplied to the team to create compelling narrative. Support the development of buyer personas by customer type to enable targeted and personalised marketing content.
- Understand and align content to service wider go-to-market functions such as sales and product launches.
- Confidently create alternative forms of marketing knowing which platform suits different kinds of content and measure results.
- Contribute to and work within our tone of voice guidelines and ensure compliance company-wide.
- Continually expand knowledge and collaborate within the team to develop content ideas that deliver fresh narrative that has impact.
- Manage and maintain version control of all sales collateral within our content management platform.
- At least 5+ years experience in managing B2B lead and demand generating content across all on and offline channels.
- Deep understanding of effective content type by audience and channel.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, an excellent ability for storytelling and structure. Confident in being Keyloop’s guardian of tone of voice and style.
- A high level of attention to detail is essential.
- Self-motivated and highly organised with an ability to plan and manage several projects and tasks at the same time.
- Analytical thinker with a keen eye for insight and reporting that will drive and improve performance.
- A collaborative team player, determined and strategic in their approach yet focused on content delivery excellence.
