Your role at Kittl
Our Growth Team drives our global expansion. With a community driven approach, this team puts our product in front of everyone in the world who wants to design. You’ll join a high-performing team, currently split up into cross-functional squads - the existing partnerships team (your future squad), our own social media team, paid marketing, and organic, with supporting product teams.
As our newest Partnerships Manager, you'll be handling the implementation of new strategies to grow Kittl’s presence via partners in Europe. You’ll be focussed on influencers on Youtube, Instagram and Tiktok, but with the scope to get creative with your revenue generation, including expansion into new channels (e.g. affiliates) & regions. You'll work hand-in-hand with product teams to ensure our outreach is aligned to our core markets, users, and use-cases - and will be critically useful to help regional expansion worldwide.
What you’ll do
Develop an influencer marketing strategy based on the goals of our company
Keep track of our different channels of influencer marketing (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) to ensure they work together and complement each other across channels
Identify new potential markets for Kittl and test our product there with local influencers
Influencer identification and relationship management
Campaign planning and implementation
Manage your own budget and make sure it is spent efficiently
Measure and analyze the success of campaigns against relevant KPIs and report on them regularly
Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing
What you’ll need
You have 2+ years of experience in business development
Proven track record of over-performance against clear commercial objectives
You're highly data-driven – a core value we cherish
A proactive growth mindset to really develop as your role increases in scope and complexity, to take decisive action at the moment it’s needed
What we’d love to see
You have 2+ years of experience working in influencer marketing
