What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute engaging short-form video content, ensuring quick and efficient production.
- Create short-form content from existing long-form videos and vlogs, aligning with current trends.
- Write scripts for short-form content or create reels from the existing footage based on trends.
- Utilize existing long-form content and native vertical files to create impactful short-form videos.
- Adapt scripts from long-form educational videos into engaging shorts designed to drive viewers to the full YouTube videos, incorporating graphics, b-roll, and animations.
- Write a weekly newsletter based on our most engaging content, with a preference for familiarity with platforms like ConvertKit and Beehiiv.
- Occasionally create thumbnails for long-form content (this is a nice-to-have, but not required).
- Expertly use video editing tools like CapCut and similar video editing tools, and knows how to use animation tools like After Effects would be a plus.
- Grow social media following and drive traffic to video content through strategic video creation and promotion.
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in video content creation, with a demonstrated track record of producing successful short-form content.
- Expertise in digital media, short-form video trends, and content marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in writing scripts, creating shorts, and producing video content for diverse platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of driving results through teamwork.
