What You’ll Do
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals and client needs.
- Collaborate closely with the client to identify and implement more efficient management strategies for proposals and ongoing projects.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for project proposals, client onboarding, and other key processes.
- Utilize leading project management software to monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage and organize important documents, including contractor tax information and invoices, ensuring compliance and readiness.
- Monitor and guide team members to maintain progress and adhere to project timelines, ensuring the smooth operation of all initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years experience as a Project Manager on creative services projects or within a digitally-focused environment.
- Experience directly managing clients, as well as, multidisciplinary internal project teams
- Ability to “translate” between clients and creatives, keeping everyone’s interests and needs integrated as part of a project’s successful completion
- Rigorous organization and management skills; conscientious and adept in solving issues at all levels of a project
- Ability to inspire, support and understand the interplay between people, clients, processes and systems
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for proactive problem-solving.
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
- Defining process efficiencies
- Flexibility to work full-time during standard business hours in the US Pacific Time zone.
