JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our Paid Media & Forecasting team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and organizing data for multiple ad accounts and forecasts. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and accurate flow of data and assets for our advertising campaigns and forecasts, ensuring everything aligns with our clients' goals and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Onboarding New Ad Accounts:
- Your day will start by checking for newly added ad accounts. You'll be responsible for granting the appropriate access to team members within Facebook's Business Manager.
Integration with Automation Service (Kitchn.io):
- You will configure our automation service (Kitchen) by adding partner account IDs to streamline our automated processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Data Entry and Organization:
- You'll duplicate and rename template folders, organize assets, and maintain an accurate data structure within Dropbox. This includes uploading assets and maintaining a file path record in a spreadsheet.
Google Sheets Management:
- Create and manage Google Sheets from templates, ensuring the correct file is selected, and content is organized according to brand specifications.
Running Automations:
- Execute various automations in our systems, including uploading new assets, exporting ad creative, and creating campaigns based on pre-established naming conventions.
Quality Control:
- Verify that all assets, file names, and content match the correct destinations and ad copy, paying close attention to detail.
Communication:
- Collaborate with the team via Slack to coordinate tasks, receive instructions, and report progress.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Familiarity with Dropbox and Gmail is preferred.
- Attention to detail is critical, as accuracy is paramount in this role.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Ability to adapt and learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager and advertising platforms is a plus
- Prior experience with Kitchn.io or similar automation tools is a bonus
