Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Email Marketer to join our growing team. As the dedicated email marketing specialist, you will play a critical role in creating, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you’ll collaborate with designers, consultants, and other team members to deliver impactful email campaigns for multiple e-commerce clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Develop engaging and visually appealing email content using tools like Klaviyo.
- Implement and manage email marketing automation workflows.
- Ensure emails are visually compelling, on-brand, and current with design trends.
- A/B test email subject lines, layouts, and content to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Use data analytics to refine segmentation strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work with external consultants to gain expertise and refine strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve output.
- Proven experience in email marketing, preferably for e-commerce or similar industries.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo.
- Strong understanding of design principles and ability to produce visually appealing email content.
- Familiarity with segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and implement actionable improvements.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to stay on-brand while adapting to various client needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with designers, consultants, and other stakeholders.

- Knowledge of e-commerce and sales-driven email campaigns.
- Experience in integrating email campaigns with broader digital marketing efforts.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
