Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels and touchpoints.
- Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Establish KPIs, monitor marketing performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
- Oversee the development of compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience in brand management and developing brand strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
