Job Title: Marketing Coordinator/Specialist
Location: Remote
Work Shift: EST
Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week (Fulltime)
Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing digital marketing strategies and supporting the marketing department in various functions. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of digital marketing strategies set forth by the marketing director.
- Be proficient with digital marketing tools such as Klavyio, shopify, canva, apps, tools etc.
- Create meeting agenda and notes for bi-weekly marketing meetings with clients.
- Update communication via slack with teammates.
- Basic understanding of usage of the ChatGPT tool
- Collaborate with the design team/Influencers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and A/B testing.
- Handle the day-to-day management of the company's website, including updates and optimizations
- Maintain direct communication and serve as the right hand to the lead operator.
- Preferred, to have a basic understanding on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Organization and coordination of products to be sent to influencers for social posts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Klaviyo, Shopify, and Canva.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is a plus.
