Job Description:
The Meta Ad Builder / Junior Media Buyer will be responsible for the creation, management, and optimization of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. This role will involve close collaboration with the founder to execute ad strategies, build and schedule ads, and ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in Meta ad platforms and a strong understanding of eCommerce marketing.
This is a part-time position, initially requiring approximately 10 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 20 hours per week or more based on the company's growth and your performance. Candidates should be flexible in their working hours to accommodate the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Ad Creation & Management:
- Build, design, and schedule Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads based on provided strategies and guidelines.
- Manage the creation of approximately 50 to 100 ads per week, ensuring all ads meet the required specifications and objectives.
- Implement ad variations, targeting, and scheduling to optimize performance.
Campaign Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze ad performance to ensure campaigns are meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the founder to refine ad strategies based on performance insights.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and next steps.
- Use Meta’s analytics tools to track and report on key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and others.
Client & Team Collaboration:
- Work directly with the founder to execute ad campaigns according to the company’s growth strategy.
- Maintain clear communication regarding campaign progress, challenges, and results.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks related to media buying and digital marketing as needed.
- Proven experience in building and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, particularly in the eCommerce space.
- Previous experience as an ad buyer or in a similar digital marketing role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Meta ad platforms, including Ads Manager, Power Editor, and associated tools.
- Familiarity with ad creative best practices, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growing environment.
