Job Description:

As a Meta Shop Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing our Meta Shop storefronts. Your primary responsibility will be to create visually appealing and user-friendly shopping experiences that drive engagement and sales. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our online presence aligns with our brand identity and meets business objectives. Your analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities will be key to enhancing storefront performance and achieving our e-commerce goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Build Meta Shop Storefronts:

  • Develop visually appealing and user-friendly Meta Shop storefronts from scratch.
  • Ensure the storefronts align with brand guidelines and aesthetics.
  • Implement best practices for e-commerce design and user experience.

Product Listing Management:

  • Upload and manage product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Ensure all products are categorized correctly for optimal discoverability.

Optimization & Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze storefront performance using Meta's analytics tools.
  • Implement strategies to improve storefront traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective layout and design elements.

SEO & Content Management:

  • Optimize product listings and storefront content for search engine visibility within the Meta platform.
  • Regularly update and refresh content to keep the storefront engaging and current.

Technical Troubleshooting & Support:

  • Address and resolve any technical issues related to the storefront promptly.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on managing their Meta Shop.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive e-commerce strategy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on storefront performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building and optimizing e-commerce storefronts, preferably on Meta's platform.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and web design principles.
  • Experience with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with Meta's analytics and advertising tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and other web development technologies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
