Responsibilities
  • Program Oversight: Lead and manage multiple programs from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of program managers and project coordinators, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to define program objectives, goals, and priorities aligned with the organization’s mission.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources, including staff and budget, to ensure program success and address any potential challenges.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and obstacles that may impact program success and implement strategies for mitigation.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and deliver regular program reports, status updates, and presentations for senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate program processes and implement improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Accounting, or Finance. Masters preferred
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of program management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Accounting and Finance knowledge.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent).
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification preferred, not required.
