We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with expertise in HR Service Delivery to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the Certified HR Implementation Specialist certification and a strong background in implementing and managing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining HR Service Delivery solutions that meet the needs of our organization. Fully remote EST hours, Certified HR Implementation Specialist certification required.
\n- Design and implement ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions based on best practices and industry standards.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate ServiceNow HR Service Delivery with other systems.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions.
