ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to continuous growth, our People and Culture team is excited to welcome a motivated Talent Acquisition Team Lead to oversee our recruitment strategies, manage a team of talent acquisition specialists, talent sourcers and talent coordinators, and ensure we attract and hire the best talent for our growing online business. This role requires a data-driven, innovative, and proactive approach to talent acquisition in the digital space.
As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, optimize sourcing channels, and enhance employer branding. Additionally, you will oversee the use of recruitment technologies, track key hiring metrics, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your role will focus on attracting top talent globally, improving candidate experience, and aligning recruitment efforts with business goals in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

YOUR MISSION
This position requires a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving, as well as a deep understanding of HR best practices, particularly in a fast-paced, online-focused environment.
As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Leadtech, you will:
- Lead & Optimize Recruitment – Lead the Talent Acquisition Team to success (Talent Sourcers, Talent Acquisition Specialists and Talent Coordinators). Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent globally.
- Build & Manage a High-Performing Team – Mentor and support recruiters, ensuring they meet hiring goals while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience.
- Enhance Employer Branding – Strengthen our company’s presence through strategic employer branding initiatives and outreach efforts.
- Leverage Data & Technology – Utilize ATS, analytics, and AI-driven tools to improve recruitment efficiency and decision-making.
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders – Partner with department heads and HR to align hiring needs with business priorities.
- Drive Continuous Improvement – Stay ahead of industry trends, refine hiring processes, and implement best practices in talent acquisition.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD

Here’s what we’d love to see:
- Proven experience in leading talent acquisition teams within an online, mobile apps or fast-growing company.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
- Ability to leverage data-driven insights to enhance hiring performance and workforce planning.
- Expertise in HR tech tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-driven sourcing solutions, etc.).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Passion for creating a world-class candidate experience and fostering a strong company culture.
- Advanced English proficiency in both speaking and writing, enabling clear and effective interactions. Spanish will be a plus.
