As an Associate Product Marketing Manager, you will be an integral member of the LeanTaaS growth marketing team. We are looking for exceptional early-career Product Marketing talent to help us drive iQueue product lines to the next level of growth.

This role will provide cross-product support, assisting multiple product marketing managers with aspects of their individual products. The Associate Product Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally within the Marketing team, collaborating with peers across different teams (Product Management, Product Operations, Customer Success, and Sales).

\n- Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Support customer marketing initiatives, including working with Customer Success and customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and other content that showcases customer outcomes.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve content creation, marketing workflows, and sales enablement assets.
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with the buying audience.
- Assist in creating sales enablement tools such as competitive comparison guides, messaging maps, FAQs, PowerPoint presentations, and email templates.
- Provide market and buyer insights to help develop campaign strategies, including demand creation and reputation-building efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce relevant content—web pages, articles, press releases, and campaigns—for target buyers.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing programs and sales enablement initiatives.
- Plan, organize, and facilitate conference presentations and webinars.
- Support the Business Development and Sales teams with email campaigns, collateral, and competitive intelligence research.
- Support the team in managing the Marketing asset library and internal product solutions resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Technology, Hospital Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or content marketing with high growth B2B SaaS companies
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLM-based tools) to increase efficiency and productivity in a professional setting.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and business judgment, with the ability to identify market opportunities.
- Motivated, creative, and analytical, with a strong ability to problem-solve.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Passion for solving healthcare problems.
- Prior experience in healthcare marketing, particularly in EHR, medical device, pharmacy, or perioperative workflows.
- Experience working with customers to develop case studies or testimonials.
