As a member of the Inpatient Flow Platform team you will help shape a mission-critical web platform used every day by hospital leaders, nurse supervisors, care managers, and other staff in the hospital inpatient setting to make healthcare better for patients. This role will include work on new product features, reporting infrastructure, ETL and data warehousing, API implementation, and enhancements to our various microservices.
\n- Design and implement product features using a multitude of technologies, including Django, MySQL, and AWS
- Improve the robustness and efficiency of our multi-tenant, distributed platform
- Collaborate with DevOps, Product, and other engineering teams on technical design, requirements, and prioritization
- Maintain the stability, performance, and quality of the codebase while safeguarding customer data security
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience
- 5+ years of professional experience designing and developing web-based enterprise software
- Extensive expertise in SQL and database systems
- Strong, practical proficiency in modern programming methodologies
- Experience developing healthcare products
- Experience with Python, Django, MySQL, AWS, Datadog
- Experience developing ETL technologies
