The Role
Legend is hiring a Senior SEO Manager, reporting directly to our Head of SEO.
Are you ready to lead, inspire, and make your mark on the future of iGaming affiliation? This is your chance to take on a pivotal role in driving the growth of our non-NA assets and transforming them into full star brands by the end of 2025. As Senior SEO Manager, you’ll be accountable for leading a team of specialists, establishing Ways of Working and Best Practices, and setting and executing the SEO strategy to deliver significant organic growth.
You’ll also serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, providing SEO insights that guide key decisions in critical markets such as the DACH region, the UK, and other key English-speaking markets. At the same time, you’ll direct your team in executing impactful SEO initiatives that elevate the performance of our sites and achieve ambitious growth targets.

\n- Lead and manage a team of 4-5 SEO specialists, focusing on key markets including DACH, LATAM, the UK and other English-speaking regions.
- Train and mentor your team in both technical SEO skills and career progression, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Support your team in executing and reporting on SEO strategies that drive significant, sustainable traffic growth.
- Collaborate with the Head of SEO to establish SEO best practices, and create a long-term portfolio-wide strategy in partnership with Content and Product teams.
- Provide hands-on guidance on complex SEO projects like site migrations, redesigns, redirects, and acquisitions.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within your team to ensure SEO performance aligns with business goals and market needs.
- Proven experience successfully growing affiliate sites, ideally in Gaming or a similarly competitive niche like finance, health, or sports.
- Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing SEO team, with the ability to upskill team members in both technical and soft skills.
- Strong strategic thinker, capable of creating long-term SEO strategies that drive sustainable organic growth.
- Deep understanding of SEO’s role in a publishing environment, with experience setting efficient ways of working and collaborating with content teams.
- Excellent performance management skills, ensuring your team is empowered to achieve goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- A positive, transformational leadership style that inspires excitement about SEO, the products, and team success.

- 2nd: Interview with our team, Senior SEO Specialist and SEO Specialist (Hiring Manager) (1 hour video via Zoom)
- 3rd: Interview with our Senior People Partner (1 hour video via Zoom)
- 4th: Take home task - you will be given 5 days to complete the task and present it back to the team, Head of Business Unit and Senior Gaming Specialist (1 hour video via Zoom))
