The Role:
As our Talent Acquisition Partner you’ll be responsible for hiring exceptional digital marketing talent for the Covers team.
Working alongside the wider Talent function and in partnership with our hiring managers you’ll help secure the very best talent whilst offering a first-class candidate experience.
This is an Fixed Term role for 6months, supporting the team during a particularly busy period of growth. We're looking for someone who can start asap!
\n- By managing the end-to-end recruitment process you’ll source, engage and interview exceptional digital marketing talent including Content, SEO, and Digital PR specialists who will help us reach our ambitious goals.
- Support hiring managers through the interview process offering advice and consultation where needed so we make the best hiring decisions.
- Give candidates an amazing experience so whether we offer them a role or not they leave with a great impression of our business.
- Strong expertise hiring within the digital marketing space (EG: Content, SEO, Digital PR) with an enviable network to tap into.
- Recruitment agency & In-house exposure although either will be considered
- Exceptional stakeholder skills with the ability to advise and challenge when needed
- Experience working with an ATS (Lever is ours) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and adapt your style and approach quickly in a changing environment
- 1st: Initial interview with our Head of Talent Acquisition (40 mins via Zoom)
- 2nd: Interview with our NA TA Partner and UK TA Manager (1 hour video via Zoom)
