We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our finance team as an Accounts Payable Specialist and focus specifically on the T&E process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Corporate travel card and expense reimbursement function efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely processing of reimbursements, receipt tracking, management reporting and supporting other accounts payable team members as needed. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Corporate Card Administration:
  • Ensure proper tracking of all corporate card issuances and spending limits
  • Assist with implementation of new system
  • Ensure proper tracking of invoices
  • Provide management reporting 

  • Expense Reimbursements:
  • Assist with company-wide roll-out of new expense reimbursement system
  • Ensure reimbursements follow company policies regarding maintenance of receipts and records and proper manager approval 
  • Work with payroll department to ensure proper IRS reporting
  • Provide management reporting

  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in accounts payable workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline processes.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience working in accounts payable or related finance roles
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle, with a strong aptitude for learning new systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
