We are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Manager with a specialized focus on Webinars to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating impactful webinar campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our business. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a proven track record of success in developing and executing webinar programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Webinar Strategy Development:
Develop a comprehensive webinar strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives.
Identify target audiences and topics that resonate with our target market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure webinar content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and messaging.
2. Webinar Program Execution:
Manage end-to-end webinar program execution, including planning, promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure speakers, create compelling content, and deliver seamless webinar experiences.
Utilize webinar platforms and tools to facilitate smooth event execution and audience engagement.
3. Audience Engagement and Lead Generation:
Develop and implement strategies to maximize webinar attendance and engagement.
Optimize registration and attendance rates through targeted promotional campaigns and outreach efforts.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective lead capture and follow-up processes.
4. Performance Tracking and Optimization:
Monitor webinar performance metrics, including attendance, engagement, and lead conversion rates.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Continuously optimize webinar programs based on insights and feedback to drive better results.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the content marketing, product marketing, and sales teams to align webinar initiatives with broader marketing and sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing operations to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and integration of webinar data with marketing automation and CRM systems.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, with a focus on webinar marketing
Proven track record of driving pipeline and sales growth via webinars
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience using webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar, WebEx) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new ideas and experimenting with innovative webinar formats and approaches.
