We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Developer Lead to oversee the development, customization, and integration of NetSuite ERP with a focus on Financial and Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk, along with strong programming skills in Java, Python, or other OOP languages. Experience working in compliance-driven environments is a plus.
\n- Lead and manage NetSuite development projects, ensuring best practices in configuration, scripting, and integrations.
- Develop, customize, and enhance NetSuite Financials, Procurement, Order Management, and Supply Chain modules based on business requirements.
- Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST APIs), middleware tools, and custom solutions.
- Optimize business processes by leveraging SuiteFlow (Workflows) and SuiteScript (1.0/2.0) for automation and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance and security by implementing proper role-based access control, SOX compliance measures, and audit-ready configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Enterprise product management, integrations, data and business partners) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and enforce coding standards for NetSuite development, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the NetSuite development team.
- Stay up to date with NetSuite releases, best practices, and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
- 5+ years of experience in NetSuite development, with expertise in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0,2.1,2.x),.
- Expert on Suite Cloud customizations platform such as Suite Builder, Suite Script, Suite Talk, SuiteBundle
- Strong experience in NetSuite Financials and Supply Chain modules, including General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Demand Planning.
- Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages such as Java, Python, or similar for integrations and automation.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with a good understanding of hybrid environments and intermediate SQL skills.
- Experience working in compliance-driven environments (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, or GDPR compliance).
- Proficiency in NetSuite integration tools and middleware solutions (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, or custom API integrations).
- Strong understanding of SQL and database management for NetSuite custom reporting and analytics.
- Perform technical design and code reviews to audit efficacy and alignment with business objectives with understanding of version control systems (.git , sdf)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in an ERP environment.
- Familiar working with JavaScript, Node.js, SOAP, REST, XML, HTML and JSON formats
- Proficient with SDLC procedures
The anticipated salary range for this position is $86,000 - $158,000. Annual performance bonus, equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s location of residence, the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable performance-bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
